If you cancel before payment, there will be no cancellation fee.
ホームページから予約照会をしていただき、「搭乗者取消」ボタンにて取り消しを承ります。ホームページから取り消しができない場合は、FDAコールセンターのナビダイヤル「4番」までご連絡をお願いいたします
Please inquire about your reservation on the homepage and click the "Cancel passenger" button to cancel your reservation.
※往復便予約のうち、片道のみ搭乗者の一部取り消しをご希望の場合は、ホームページから承ることができませんので、FDAコールセンターのナビダイヤル「4番」までご連絡をお願いいたします
You can cancel your reservation on our website. When you cancel your reservation, we will automatically refund the amount, minus the cancellation fee, to the credit card you used for payment.
It will take approximately 1-2 months for the refund to be processed, as this will vary depending on the date the refund procedure is accepted, the credit card company's deadline, and the timing of the refund process.
Refunds will be made through the credit card company used to make the reservation. For more information, please contact the credit card company directly.
*There are two types of refund methods: the purchase amount will be charged and the refund will be settled at the same time, and only the fee will be deducted, or the purchase amount will be deducted once, and the remaining amount minus the fee will be refunded at a later date.
ホームページにて予約の取り消しが可能です。また、払い戻しについてはTOPページの「予約確認/変更/追加/取消」ボタンより「予約詳細」画面にお進みいただき、「全て取消」ボタンをクリックしてお手続きください。払戻方法を以下よりお選びいただけます
ただし、旅行代理店の場合は、お支払いされた代理店にてお手続きください
・空港カウンターでの払戻
・口座振込での払戻(搭乗者本人名義口座)
・口座振込での払戻(搭乗者本人名義以外)
なお、払戻方法で空港カウンターを選択されたお客さまは、ご予約の取消日またはご予約便出発日のいずれか早い時から1ヶ月以内に払戻のお手続きをお済ませください。払戻期間を過ぎますと、払戻できません

If the website announces that a flight you are planning to board is expected to be affected by a typhoon, heavy snow, etc., or if the flight you are planning to board is canceled, significantly delayed, or operated under certain conditions due to bad weather (force majeure), we will provide a full refund of your ticket price without any handling fees.
