The aircraft operated by Fuji Dream Airlines are the latest small jet planes, the Embraer E170/175 series. The aircraft, which makes extensive use of composite materials, is equipped with the latest fly-by-wire electronic control system, and in combination with highly efficient engines, it has high fuel efficiency. In addition, the adoption of an innovative "double bubble structure" (a fuselage cross section shaped like two overlapping circles) allows for an exceptionally spacious cabin space for a small jet plane.
