Issuance of receipts
We will show you how to issue receipts and use the receipt display service.
After October 1, 2023, if you require a receipt issued at the airport counter/call center that complies with the qualified invoice storage method stipulated in the Consumption Tax Act, please inform the staff/operator accordingly.
The receipt display service on the website is compatible with the qualified invoice storage method.
*The receipt display service on the automated check-in machine does not support the qualified invoice storage method.

FDA will issue receipts if you purchase your product through the following methods:
- Official FDA website
- FDA Airport Counter
- FDAコールセンター
Notice/Information
- If you purchased your ticket at a travel agency, please contact the store where you purchased it (FDA cannot issue receipts).
You can receive it in the following ways:

Receipt display service
FDA offers a "receipt display service" that displays the receipt details of your purchased airline ticket on the screen and allows you to print them yourself.
*You can use the receipt display service on the website only if you pay by credit card or at a convenience store. If you pay by credit card, you can also use the receipt display service at the self-service check-in machine at the airport.
You can display it as many times as you like within one year from the boarding date.
To use the receipt display service, you must purchase using the following methods:
- Official FDA website
- FDA Airport Counter
- FDAコールセンター
Click the "Certificate/Receipt" button on the PC site and follow the instructions on the screen.
1) Click on the "Certificate/Receipt" button
2) Click "View receipt (before boarding)" or "View receipt (after boarding)"
3) Enter your reservation information and click the "Search" button.
Notice/Information
- Although it is the same as a conventional receipt in that it certifies the receipt contents, since it is an electronic document, please check in advance whether the printed document can be used for expense settlement, etc.
