- Cancellation fees will be capped at the fare already received (excluding fuel surcharge).
- For Normal Fare, Child Fare, and disability discount fares, no cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel before departure.

Individual inclusive tour fares are the fares applied to individual inclusive tours organized by travel agencies.
Cancellations and refunds should be processed through the travel agency where you made your reservation.
