<In case of cancellation due to force majeure such as typhoons or bad weather>
You can receive a full refund or change to another FDA flight of the same route and direction within 30 days from the day following your scheduled departure date. This can be done via the FDA website, at the airport counter, or by dialing "4" on the FDA call center's Navi Dial.
We are unable to offer alternative flights or Shinkansen (bullet train) transfers. Customers who purchased travel packages through a travel agency (including online purchases) or those using group fares should contact their travel agency.
