How to change/cancel
- Changes and cancellations can be made through the FDA official website, the FDA call center, or at the airport counter. Please make any changes before the scheduled departure time of your flight.
- You will need your reservation number to complete the procedure.

Notice/Information
- Depending on the fare, reservations cannot be changed. Please check here for details.
- The passenger name on the reservation cannot be changed.
- Airline tickets and fare vouchers may only be used by the person named on them.
- Reserved tickets and fare tickets are valid only for the reserved flight.
- For tickets where reservations can be changed, the new reservation will be the valid reservation.

How to change/add/cancel/refund your reservation online
Click "Check / Purchase / Change / Check-In" on the top page, then enter your reservation details on the booking inquiry screen to complete your request.
How to change your flight
- On the reservation details screen, click the "Change" button for the flight you wish to change.
- Please select your desired boarding date, departure and arrival points and proceed with the procedure.
- Reservation changes after payment are only possible if you select a fare that allows reservation changes and the payment method is credit card.
- Please note that the fare amount may change depending on the changed boarding date (period A to C).
How to add/cancel flights
[Adding a flight *Can only be added before payment]
- Click the "Add Flight" button on the reservation details screen.
- On the flight selection screen, select your desired boarding date, departure city, and arrival city and proceed with the procedure.
[If you need to cancel your flight]
- On the reservation details screen, click the "Cancel Flight" button.
- On the flight cancellation selection screen, check the applicable flight and click the "Next" button.
- Click on the "Cancel Flight" button
- A cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations after payment. Click here for details.
How to add/cancel passengers
[Adding passengers *Can only be added before payment]
- Click the "Add passenger" button on the reservation details screen
- On the additional passenger number selection screen, select the number of passengers and proceed with the procedure.
[In case of passenger cancellation]
- Click the "Passenger Cancellation" button on the reservation details screen
- On the passenger cancellation selection screen, please select the passengers you wish to cancel using the radio buttons.
How to cancel a reservation

- On the reservation details screen, click the "Cancel Flight" button.
- On the flight cancellation selection screen, check the applicable flight and click the "Next" button.
- Click on the "Cancel Flight" button

Changes/refunds that will be treated as special cases
If a customer is unable to travel due to illness or other reasons, we will provide the following special arrangements.
- We accept reservation changes up to 30 days after the day after the scheduled boarding date.
- No fees will be charged for changes or refunds.
- If you need to change or request a refund due to illness or other reasons, you will need to submit a doctor's certificate or similar document stating that you are unable to board the booked flight.
- No further requests will be accepted after the refund process has been completed.
- Individual Inclusive Tour (IIT) discount fares and group air tickets are subject to the travel agency's terms and conditions. Please contact your travel agency regarding changes and refunds.
Changes/refunds due to reasons other than customer's convenience
If your flight is cancelled or significantly delayed due to bad weather or other reasons, we will assist you in rescheduling your reservation or providing a refund.
Changes due to bad weather etc.
If your scheduled flight falls under any of the following circumstances due to bad weather (force majeure) such as a typhoon or snowfall, we will allow you to change your reserved flight without a fee.
- If a flight cancellation/major delay is confirmed
- If the FDA announces on its website that it anticipates the effects of typhoons, heavy snow, etc.
[Reservation change period]
- Please complete the change procedure within 5 days of the original scheduled departure date.
- You may change to another flight on the same route/direction within 30 days of the day after your original departure date if there are seats available.
[If a fare difference occurs due to a reservation change]
- For tickets with non-changeable fares, no adjustments will be made even if there is a difference in price.

Regarding refunds due to bad weather, etc.
If your scheduled flight is affected by adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or heavy snowfall (force majeure), we will provide a full refund of your ticket without charge.

Notice/Information
- Travel fares (group tickets, package tour tickets, and other travel tickets) will be refunded at the store where they were purchased.
- If you paid for your ticketless ticket at a convenience store, refunds will be processed via bank transfer from the FDA airport counter or the FDA call center.
Notice/Information
- In the event of changes due to bad weather or other reasons, any expenses incurred (transportation/accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the customer.
- For changes/refunds to your return flight (outbound flight) resulting from the cancellation of your outbound flight (inbound flight), please contact the FDA airport counter or the FDA call center if your booking records differ.
- Changes to flights on other airlines are not possible.
