Domestic Passenger Facility Charge (PFC)
At the domestic passenger terminal buildings of the following airports, airport management companies have set "passenger facility charges." "Passenger facility charges" are used to cover part of the costs of maintenance and management to ensure the safe and comfortable use of passenger terminal buildings by passengers, and are borne by passengers using aircraft.
When a customer purchases a flight ticket (when payment procedures are completed), the airline will collect the passenger facility charge from the customer on behalf of the airport management company and pay it to the airport management company (if the customer does not board the flight, the charge will be returned to the customer).
