Domestic Passenger Facility Charge (PFC)
At the domestic passenger terminal buildings of the following airports, airport management companies have set "passenger facility charges." "Passenger facility charges" are used to cover part of the costs of maintenance and management to ensure the safe and comfortable use of passenger terminal buildings by passengers, and are borne by passengers using aircraft.
When a customer purchases a flight ticket (when payment procedures are completed), the airline will collect the passenger facility charge from the customer on behalf of the airport management company and pay it to the airport management company (if the customer does not board the flight, the charge will be returned to the customer).

*Children under the age of 3 will be charged the child fare if they occupy a seat (purchase a ticket).
*1 For Sendai Airport, this applies to flights and purchases made from October 26, 2025 onwards.
*2 For Kobe Airport, this applies to flights and purchases made on or after May 1, 2025. Customers who purchased tickets before April 30, 2025 are not eligible.
*3 For Kumamoto Airport, fares will change for flights and purchases made on or after March 30, 2025.
Conditions of Application
- If you cancel your flight ticket, the passenger facility charge will be fully refunded.
- There will be no changes to your airfare/charge terms and conditions
