Learn about ticket purchase deadlines and various payment methods
If you do not purchase your ticket by the purchase deadline, your reservation will be canceled without notice. Please note that the purchase deadline may vary depending on the fare type.
Notice/Information
- If you have purchased a fare that allows you to change your reservation, such as the "Normal Fare," "Child Fare," "Disability Discount Fare," or "Value Fare," if the fare amount differs between when you purchased the ticket and when you change your reservation due to a change in your reservation, you will need to pay the difference.
- When making a reservation change after payment, any fare differences can only be paid by credit card, even if you selected convenience store payment when purchasing your ticket.
- Cancellations after payment will incur a prescribed cancellation fee.
Credit card
Payment by credit card (lump sum)
The payment will be debited from your credit card account on the specified date.
When using a card, you will need your credit card number, card expiration date, and security code.

Convenience store
Payment is made at a convenience store.
You can pay at the following convenience stores.
Airport counter
Reservations accepted only for same-day boarding
For Yamagata, Niigata, Nagoya (Chubu), and Kagoshima, we only accept reservations for same-day departures.
Payment can be made in cash or by credit card.
- Reservations and payments for web-only fares cannot be made at airport counters.
Travel agency
Payment can be made at FDA-designated travel agencies (excluding some locations).
- Some travel agencies may charge additional fees.
