We will guide you through the check-in process at the airport.
What you need to check in
On the day of your flight, you can check in at the airport counter or via a self-service check-in machine.
Please remember to bring one of the following items with you to complete the procedure:
Reservation number (6 alphanumeric characters)
Itinerary (2D barcode)
Notice/Information
If you are required to present official documentation at the time of boarding to verify your age or date of birth, please prepare the official documentation as well.

For passengers whose ticket payment deadline is the day of departure, please complete your payment at least 20 minutes before departure time.
On the day of departure, please complete web check-in, self-service check-in kiosk, or at the airport counter at least 20 minutes before departure time. Self-service check-in kiosks can be used by entering your reservation number or scanning a QR code.
As of September 12, 2018, self-service check-in machines will no longer be able to accept credit cards for check-in.

Please bring your boarding pass and complete the procedures at the baggage check-in counter.
At some airports, the check-in counter and baggage claim counter may be the same.At the security checkpoint, carry-on baggage is inspected and body checks are performed. Depending on the airport and time of day, it may get crowded, so please allow ample time.
Regarding security inspection
Carrying weapons and dangerous items onto an aircraft is prohibited under the Aviation Act. In addition, from March 10, 2022, passengers will be required to undergo security screening before boarding an aircraft under the Aviation Act.
If you proceed beyond the security checkpoint without undergoing security, you may be subject to imprisonment of up to one year or a fine of up to 500,000 yen. Please follow the instructions of security inspectors and other relevant staff and undergo security inspections. Learn more
