      With the renewal of FDA Members,
      We were accepting membership information transfer procedures until February 28, 2023.
      For customers (member IDs) who have not completed the transfer procedure during the transfer period,

      You can use the receipt display service on our website.
      The expiration date for receipts showing boarding status is within one year from the boarding date.

      *The receipt display service is available only when paying by credit card or at a convenience store.

      Boarding certificate

      Boarding certificate can be issued

      *Boarding certificates can be issued within one year from the date of boarding.

      Cancellation/Delay/Diversion Certificate

      Certificates for cancelled/delayed/diverted flights can be issued

      * Flights delayed by 15 minutes or less cannot be issued via the website.
