Q 航空券はいつから予約することができますか?

『大人普通運賃』、『小児運賃』、『障がい者割引運賃』は、ご搭乗2ヶ月前の同一日(午前9:00)からご予約いただけます。2ヶ月前に同一日がない場合は、2ヶ月前の月末となっております

なお、『Dreamプライス』『Dreamフレックス』『バースデー割』『ユース割』『シニア割』『メンバーズプライス』等、各種割引運賃のご予約は、2025年10月25日(土)搭乗分まで承っております。2025年3月30日(日)~2025年10月25日(土)ご搭乗分につきましては、会員向け先行発売は2025年1月29日(水)9:00から、一斉発売は2025年1月30日(木)9:00からご予約いただけます

Q What information do I need to provide when booking a flight?

In addition to the desired date and flight number (or section), we will ask for the names (full names), ages, genders, and contact phone numbers of all passengers. We will also ask for the birth dates of children between the ages of 0 and 11.

Q My birthday will be before the flight, so my age will be different from the age I entered when making the reservation. Which age should I enter when making the reservation?

Please enter your age at time of boarding when making your reservation.

Q I have booked a round trip flight and my child turns 3 years old (from infant to child) during the trip. How will the age on the reservation be handled?
*The same applies when turning 12 years old (from child to adult)

If your age changes during the trip, you will need to make a reservation for each sector according to your age at the time of boarding.
If you book a round trip using the same reservation record, your age will be based on the boarding date of the outbound flight.
However, if you change your reservation and your flight is changed, the fare valid at that time will be applied.

Q When reserving an outbound flight ticket, can I also reserve a return flight?

Return reservations are also possible if the fare is on sale.

Q How do I book a connecting flight?

Please enter your final destination and check availability on our website and make your reservation at the same time.
If there are no direct flights to your selected section, we will inform you of available seats for connecting flights.

Q How many people can book flights at once through your website?

If there are seats available for the same fare, reservations can be made for up to 6 people, including adults and children (those who require seats).

*Infants under 3 years old (those not using seats) are not included in the 6 people.

Q How can I make a reservation if the number of people going out and coming back is different?

If the number of passengers on the outbound and return journeys is different, please make reservations for each journey separately.

Q WEB限定割引運賃(Dreamプライス/バースデー割/ユース割/シニア割/メンバーズプライス)はFDAメンバーズ会員でないと予約することはできませんか?

You can reserve or change your seat on the website.
Please enter the necessary information on the reservation inquiry screen and proceed to the reservation details screen. You can select your seat by clicking the "Seat Selection" button.

Q Where can I confirm my reservation?

You can check it on the homepage
Click the "Reservation confirmation/payment" button on the top page, enter your reservation information on the reservation inquiry screen, and you will be able to check your reservation details on the reservation details screen.

Q 予約番号を忘れた場合は、どのように確認すればよいですか?

Q Why haven't I received an email confirming my reservation?

If you don't receive an email, it may be because:

  • The registered email address is incorrect
  • Congestion on the receiving mail server
  • Domain rejection, individual email address rejection
  • Spam settings

If you have spam filters set up, please set them up so that you can receive emails from @fujidream.co.jp.

Q I cannot view my reservation if I make a reservation on the website and then pay at a travel agency.

Reservation numbers for reservations and payments made through a travel agency cannot be viewed on the website. Please check with the travel agency where you made your reservation.

Q I noticed a flight reservation in my Google Calendar that I don't recognize, what should I do?

The following issues have been confirmed when receiving reservation information emails sent by the FDA via Gmail.

  • The event will be automatically registered in Google Calendar based on the information in the email.
  • Reservation information that differs from the flight you actually booked is displayed in the Gmail body or Google Calendar
    *Please pay particular attention to flight times.

This is due to a Google function that automatically registers events from emails received in Gmail, and there have been confirmed cases where the date in the email has been mistaken for a customer's event and registered.

Please rest assured that no flight reservations have actually been made and no personal information has been leaked as a result of this incident.

You can also disable the automatic event addition function in Google Calendar settings. Please refer to the information provided by Google for details.
