Q Where can I get a cancellation/delay/divertment certificate?

Certificates for cancelled flights, flights delayed by 15 minutes or more, and flights diverted can be issued on the FDA website.

      *The receipt display service is available only when paying by credit card or at a convenience store.

      Boarding certificate can be issued

      *Boarding certificates can be issued within one year from the date of boarding.

      Cancellation/Delay/Diversion Certificate

      Certificates for cancelled/delayed/diverted flights can be issued

      * Flights delayed by 15 minutes or less cannot be issued via the website.
