Q What happens if my flight is cancelled due to bad weather?

全額払い戻し、またはご搭乗予定日の翌日より起算して30日以内の空席のある同一区間同一方向のFDA便への変更をFDAホームページや空港カウンター、FDAコールセンターのナビダイヤル「4番」にて承ります

You can receive a full refund or change to an available FDA flight on the same route and in the same direction within 30 days from the day after your scheduled departure date via the FDA website or at the airport counter.

      The expiration date for receipts showing boarding status is within one year from the boarding date.

      *The receipt display service is available only when paying by credit card or at a convenience store.

      Boarding certificate

      Boarding certificate can be issued

      *Boarding certificates can be issued within one year from the date of boarding.

      Cancellation/Delay/Diversion Certificate

      Certificates for cancelled/delayed/diverted flights can be issued

      * Flights delayed by 15 minutes or less cannot be issued via the website.
