Q Where can I get a boarding pass?

The boarding certificate can be issued on the FDA website.
*Boarding certificates can be issued within one year from the date of boarding.
*If the period for issuing the card has passed, it cannot be issued from the website.

      *The receipt display service is available only when paying by credit card or at a convenience store.

      *Boarding certificates can be issued within one year from the date of boarding.

      Cancellation/Delay/Diversion Certificate

      Certificates for cancelled/delayed/diverted flights can be issued

      * Flights delayed by 15 minutes or less cannot be issued via the website.
