Q Can I board with an infant?

Q Can I check in a stroller at the airport?

Yes, we can check in your own stroller free of charge.

Q Can I borrow a stroller to get around the airport?

We have strollers available that you can use from the check-in counter to the boarding gate. Please inform a staff member when you check in.

Q Are there nursing rooms on board?

There are no nursing rooms on board

Q Can I change diapers on board?

There are diaper changing stations in the aircraft restrooms.

Q Can I get hot water for baby formula on board?

We will provide them free of charge. Please inform a cabin attendant when the seat belt sign is turned off.

Q Can I sit on a seat while wearing a baby carrier on the plane?

The baby carrier can be used at all times.

Q Are there any baby cribs/bassinets on board?

      Cancellation/Delay/Diversion Certificate

      Certificates for cancelled/delayed/diverted flights can be issued

      * Flights delayed by 15 minutes or less cannot be issued via the website.
