Learn about ticket purchase deadlines and different payment methods
If you do not purchase your ticket by the purchase deadline, your reservation will be canceled without notice. Please note that the purchase deadline may vary depending on the fare type.
Notice/Information
- If you have purchased a fare that allows you to change your reservation, such as the "Normal Fare," "Child Fare," "Disability Discount Fare," or "Value Fare," if the fare amount differs between when you purchased the ticket and when you change your reservation due to a change in your reservation, you will need to pay the difference.
- お支払い後のご予約変更により発生した差額のお支払いにつきましては、航空券ご購入時にコンビニをご選択いただいた場合でも、クレジットカードのみとなります
- If you change your reservation after payment, the difference in price can only be paid by credit card.
- If you cancel after payment, a cancellation fee will be charged.
Credit card
Payment by credit card (lump sum)
The payment will be debited from your credit card account on the specified date.
When using a card, you will need your credit card number, card expiration date, and security code.

Airport counter
Yamagata, Niigata, Nagoya (Chubu), and Kagoshima only accept reservations for same-day boarding.
Payment can be made by cash or credit card.
* Reservations/payments for Web-only fares cannot be made at airport counters.
Travel agency
Payment can be made at FDA-approved travel agencies (excluding some stores)
*Some travel agencies may charge additional fees.
