Change/Cancel Method

  • Changes/cancellations can be made via the FDA website, the FDA call center, or at airport counters. Changes must be made before the departure time of the booked flight.
  • You will need your reservation number to complete the procedure.
  • Cancellation fees can be found here

Notice/Information

  • Depending on the fare, reservations cannot be changed. Please check here for details.
  • The passenger name on the reservation cannot be changed.
    • Airline tickets and fare vouchers may only be used by the person named on them.
  • Reserved tickets and fare tickets are valid only for the reserved flight.
  • For tickets where reservations can be changed, the new reservation will be the valid reservation.

How to change/add/cancel/refund online

Click "Check / Purchase / Change / Check-In" on the top page, then enter your reservation details on the booking inquiry screen to complete your request.

How to change your flight
  1. On the reservation details screen, click the "Change" button for the flight you wish to change.
  2. Please select your desired boarding date, departure and arrival points and proceed with the procedure.
  • Reservation changes after payment are only possible if you select a fare that allows reservation changes and the payment method is credit card.
  • Please note that the fare amount may change depending on the changed boarding date (period A to C).
How to add/cancel flights

[Adding a flight *Can only be added before payment]

  1. Click the "Add Flight" button on the reservation details screen.
  2. On the flight selection screen, select your desired boarding date, departure city, and arrival city and proceed with the procedure.

[If you cancel your flight]

  1. On the reservation details screen, click the "Cancel Flight" button.
  2. On the flight cancellation selection screen, check the applicable flight and click the "Next" button.
  3. Click on the "Cancel Flight" button

How to add/remove passengers

[Adding passengers *Can only be added before payment]

  1. Click the "Add passenger" button on the reservation details screen
  2. On the additional passenger number selection screen, select the number of passengers and proceed with the procedure.

[If you cancel a passenger]

  1. Click the "Passenger Cancellation" button on the reservation details screen
  2. On the passenger cancellation selection screen, select the passenger you wish to cancel using the radio button.

  1. On the reservation details screen, click the "Cancel Flight" button.
  2. On the flight cancellation selection screen, check the applicable flight and click the "Next" button.
  3. Click on the "Cancel Flight" button

Special changes/refunds

If a customer is unable to travel due to illness or other reasons, we will provide the following special arrangements:

  • We accept reservation changes up to 30 days after the day after the scheduled boarding date.
  • No change/refund fees will be applied
  • If you wish to make changes or request a refund due to illness or other reasons, you will need to submit a doctor's certificate (stating that you will not be able to board the booked flight).
  • We will not be able to accept any refunds after the refund procedure has been completed.
  • For Individual Inclusive Travel Discount Fares (IIT) and group tickets, the travel agency's travel conditions apply. Please contact the travel agency where you made the purchase to inquire about changes/refunds.

Involuntary changes/refunds

If your flight is cancelled or significantly delayed due to bad weather or other reasons, we will assist you in rescheduling your reservation or providing a refund.

Changes due to bad weather etc.

If your scheduled flight falls under any of the following circumstances due to bad weather (force majeure) such as a typhoon or snowfall, we will allow you to change your reserved flight without a fee.

  • If a flight cancellation/major delay is confirmed
  • When the FDA announces on its website that it expects impacts from typhoons, heavy snow, etc.

[Reservation change period]

  • Please complete the change procedure within 5 days of the original scheduled departure date.
  • You may change to another flight on the same route/direction within 30 days of the day after your original departure date if there are seats available.

[If a fare difference occurs due to a reservation change]

  • For tickets with non-changeable fares, no adjustments will be made even if there is a difference in price.

Refunds due to bad weather etc.

If your flight falls under any of the following circumstances due to bad weather (force majeure) such as a typhoon or snowfall, we will refund the full ticket price without any handling fees.

  • If a flight cancellation/major delay is confirmed
  • When the FDA announces on its website that it expects impacts from typhoons, heavy snow, etc.

  • Before the trip begins: Full refund of the fare/charge received
  • After travel has commenced: Full fare/fees for unused segments will be refunded

Notice/Information

  • Travel fares (group tickets, package tour tickets, and other travel tickets) will be refunded at the store where they were purchased.
  • If you paid by ticketless payment at a convenience store, you can have the money refunded by contacting the FDA airport counter or the FDA call center via bank account refund.

Notice/Information

  • In the event of changes due to bad weather, etc., any expenses incurred (travel expenses/accommodation expenses) will be borne by the customer.
  • If your outbound flight is cancelled and your reservation record is different, you can change/refund your return flight at the FDA airport counter or FDA call center.
  • Changes to flights on other airlines are not possible.
