Credit Card Terms and Conditions

For online credit card payments, we use SSL encryption technology to ensure safety as much as possible.

For credit card payments, VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Diners, and American Express are accepted.

Available up until the day of boarding

When paying by credit card, authentication is performed using a security code. Therefore, it is mandatory to enter the security code when making a payment.

The payment deadline, validity period, changeability, and cancellation/refund fees for each fare are subject to the applicable terms and conditions of each fare.

If you pay by credit card, the purchase will be made on the same day, and the airfare will be debited from your credit card's designated payment account on the specified due date.

If you cancel after paying by credit card, a cancellation fee will be charged.

Please ensure you do not enter any fraudulent information when paying by credit card. In the event of fraudulent entry, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and seek compensation for any resulting damages.

Other procedures will be governed by the Domestic Passenger Transportation Conditions.

Credit card payments are available 24 hours a day.

For refunds, please contact us within the refund validity period.
