Introduction to EMV 3-D Secure (3D Secure 2.0)
We have introduced the identity authentication service "EMV3-D Secure (3D Secure 2.0) *hereinafter referred to as 3D Secure 2.0" for credit card payments, allowing you to make reservations with greater peace of mind than ever before.
What is 3D Secure 2.0?
This is an identity authentication service provided by credit card companies. It prevents fraudulent use of credit card information online and makes card payments safer. In addition to the registered credit card information, additional authentication is performed using one-time passwords, biometric authentication (fingerprints, faces), and QR code scanning only when the credit card company deems it necessary (risk-based authentication), preventing fraudulent use such as impersonation.

To use the "Identity Verification Service/3D Secure 2.0" payment system, customers are required to register in advance. Please check the link below for instructions on how to pre-register for each brand.
Impact on customers
- With the introduction of 3D Secure 2.0, some credit cards previously registered by customers may no longer be usable. In such cases, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please register your card again.
- The compatibility of each credit card, the method of identity verification, and how to use the displayed identity verification screen vary depending on the card company. For details, please contact your card issuer.
- Even after identity verification is complete, your credit may be denied depending on your credit card usage history.
