Q 空港で車椅子/電動車椅子を預けることはできますか。どのような手続きが必要ですか

We will store your wheelchair free of charge, so please contact our call center at number 4.

Please let us know the size, weight and battery type of your wheelchair. Handling will differ depending on whether the battery is dry or wet type.

On the day of your flight, please come to the check-in counter at least 30 minutes (45 minutes if using an electric wheelchair) before your flight's departure time.

Your checked-in wheelchair will be handed over to you by a staff member at the baggage claim area in the arrival lobby.

Q Can I rent an FDA wheelchair at the airport? What is the procedure?

Wheelchairs are available at departure and arrival airports. If you require one, please let us know when you make your reservation or check-in. We will ask you the reason for your need.

On the day of your flight, please come to the check-in counter at least 30 minutes before your flight's departure time.

Q Can I bring my own wheelchair on board?

Customers are not permitted to bring their own wheelchairs on board the aircraft. Please use the on-board wheelchairs.

Q Are there any airports that require passengers to go up or down stairs to board an airplane?

Depending on the airport, you may need to board using stairs (approximately 15 steps, 2.6m high), but our staff will assist you. Please note that in such cases, the staff may have to physically touch you when assisting you.
