If the flight you want is fully booked, you can cancel your reservation at the FDA website, the FDA call center, or the FDA airport counter (only on the day of your flight). Please note that cancellations can only be placed on a "standard fare" basis until 13:00 on the day before your flight.

Waiting for a flight can only be done at the departure airport on the day of departure. If you wish to be put on standby, please go to the FDA airport counter.
*Cancellation standby requests on the day of departure cannot be accepted over the phone.
*Cancellation waiting list is only valid on the day of the event.
