Privacy Policy

1. Basic Policy

Fuji Dream Airlines Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") recognizes the importance of personal information (see "2. Scope of Application" for definition) and believes that protecting personal information is a social responsibility. We will comply with laws and regulations and internal company rules regarding personal information and will properly acquire, use, and manage the personal information we handle.

2. Scope

4. Acquisition/Management/Protection of Personal Information

      Name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, information about mental and physical illnesses related to your flight, medical history such as past illnesses, boarding point, destination
    Other information provided to us with your consent in relation to the provision of our services
      Member ID, PIN, credit card number, credit card expiration date, place of employment, etc.
  2. We will properly manage and protect the personal information obtained from customers in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws and regulations (collectively, "Related Laws") and our personal information protection (company) regulations.

5. Provision of personal information to third parties

We will not disclose or provide your personal information to a third party except in the following cases:

  1. When the customer has given their consent
  2. When required by law
  3. When it is necessary for the protection of a person's life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the customer's consent
  4. When it is necessary for the improvement of public health or protection of property, and it is difficult to obtain the customer's consent
  5. When it is necessary to cooperate with a national government agency, local government, or a person commissioned by them in carrying out duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the customer's consent is likely to impede the performance of the said duties.

6. Outsourcing of personal information handling operations

We may outsource operations to achieve the purpose of using personal information and may entrust personal information to the outsourcing company. In such cases, we will enter into a contract with the outsourcing company regarding the protection of personal information and provide appropriate supervision to ensure the safe management of personal information.

7. Requests regarding the handling of personal information

If you wish to disclose, correct, add, delete, suspend use or erase your personal information (hereinafter, these handlings are collectively referred to as "disclosure, etc."), please contact us in writing at the "Contact Information" below, along with documents verifying your identity. We will respond in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. 9. Special Note Regarding Personal Information of Customers in the European Economic Area

    You have the following rights regarding our handling of your personal information, and we will respond to your requests to exercise these rights to a reasonable extent.   4. How long do we store your data?
    We will retain your personal information for a certain period of time. In principle, the retention period is 10 years after the purpose of use is achieved, but if it is required by law to retain the information for a longer period, we will retain it for that required period.

    If the Company changes the purpose of use of the customer's personal information, the Company will amend this Privacy Policy in advance by adding the changed purpose of use and related information.
