At FDA, we prioritize flight safety above all else, and strive to provide our customers with a safe, reliable and comfortable air travel experience.

Safety Objective 1: "Reduce irregular events related to human factors (numerical target)"

Safety Index Occurrence rate of irregular events related to human factors per 1,000 flight hours
Safety target value 0.33以下
Safety Priority Measures Policy
  • We will deepen our analysis of malfunctions and risk assessments.
  • Promote training on analytical methods and the use of tools
  • Safety goal 3 is to raise individual awareness of safety.

Safety Goal 2: "Reduce safety incidents (numerical target)"

Safety Index Incidence rate of safety incidents (reports of safety-threatening situations under Article 111-4 of the Aviation Act) per 1,000 flights
Safety target value 0.90以下
Safety Priority Measures Policy
  • We will consider and implement measures to address defects caused by human factors (goal ①)
  • We will re-examine and thoroughly implement measures to prevent recurrence of incidents at our company.
  • Strengthen horizontal expansion of case studies from other companies

      Issuance of various certificates

      You can use the receipt display service on our website.
      The expiration date for receipts showing boarding status is within one year from the boarding date.

      *The receipt display service is available only when paying by credit card or at a convenience store.

      Boarding certificate

      Boarding certificate can be issued

      *Boarding certificates can be issued within one year from the date of boarding.

      Cancellation/Delay/Diversion Certificate

      Certificates for cancelled/delayed/diverted flights can be issued

      * Flights delayed by 15 minutes or less cannot be issued via the website.
