Social Media
These "Social Media Terms of Use" (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set out the rules for using social media accounts (hereinafter referred to as "Official Accounts") operated by Fuji Dream Airlines Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company"). In order to realize more comfortable and pleasant communication with users, please agree to the contents of these Terms before using the Official Accounts.
Article 1: Definitions
(1) Social Media
This refers collectively to the means of communication that allows an unspecified number of users to send or exchange information via the Internet, including various social networking services (hereinafter referred to as "SNS") such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, blogs, and electronic bulletin boards. (2) Users
Refers to all users who view or use (as defined in the next paragraph) the official accounts operated by our company and the information posted or transmitted by them.
(3) Use
This collectively refers to replies to posts made by our company (such as replies and comments), spreading posts made by our company (such as retweeting and sharing), posting on social media with our official hashtag, posting to a user's own SNS account or blog operated by a user that quotes or refers to a post made by our company, posting on an electronic bulletin board, and any other actions equivalent thereto.
Article 2: Scope of Application of These Terms
- These Terms and Conditions apply not only to our employees, but also to all users of the official accounts operated by our company and the associated services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").
- If a user uses this service, they are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
Article 3: Requirements for Use
- When using this service, users are prohibited from engaging in the following acts:
- Any act that infringes or may infringe on the rights or property of our company, other users, or third parties
- Posting slanderous or unfounded information about our company, other users, third parties, or the products and services they provide
- Any act that infringes or may infringe on the portrait rights, privacy or other rights that should be protected of other users or third parties by posting, submitting, publishing, displaying, providing, or otherwise providing personal information or private images or videos.
- Any act that insults, libels, or slanders the Company, other users, or third parties, thereby damaging or threatening to damage their reputation or credibility
- Impersonating a specific individual or organization (including our company)
- Election campaigning or any other similar activity (regardless of whether it is election campaigning or not)
- Propaganda or solicitation regarding a specific religious group, organization, or other group, or any other similar activity
- Soliciting investments, donations, or funding, or soliciting the purchase of goods or services posted on the Company's official accounts
- Using the Service or information obtained through the Service to engage in any profit-making activities or similar activities
- Using the Service or information obtained through the Service to engage in any profit-making activities or similar activities
- Using the Service to introduce or solicit users to specific websites other than the social media operated by the Company
- Uploading or otherwise submitting, posting, displaying, or providing in relation to the Service any content that contains viruses, computer codes, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of computer software or hardware or communication devices
- Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to any service, account, system, or network connected to the server that provides this service
- Any action that interferes with other users' use or access to the Service
- The act of submitting, posting, publishing, displaying, or providing information that a user has obtained pursuant to an employment contract or other contract for the provision of services (including information obtained incidental thereto), or information that is treated as confidential information or information that must be kept secret (regardless of the name) under a confidentiality agreement that the user has entered into.
- Any act that infringes or may infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of other users or third parties, such as uploading to the Service or otherwise transmitting information or content that the user does not have the legal or contractual right to transmit.
- Using any information, content, or programs that are subject to copyright or other intellectual property rights held by the Company without the prior written consent of the Company
- Posting information or content that is harmful, obscene, violent or discriminatory, or information or content that is reminiscent of or induces such content
- Criminal acts, acts that are linked to crimes, or acts that may lead to crimes
- Any act that interferes with or may interfere with the operation of this service
- Any act that damages or may damage the credibility of our company
- Any act that violates public order and morals, laws and regulations, or the terms of use of other social media sites, or that may be in violation of such laws and regulations
- Any other actions that the Company considers inappropriate
- If any of the acts listed in the preceding paragraph (hereinafter referred to as "prohibited acts") are found on our official accounts, or if any information related to such acts is posted, we reserve the right to take action such as deleting such information without prior notice. Furthermore, we reserve the right to take necessary measures such as suspending or blocking the use of our official accounts by a user who has engaged in prohibited acts, without notifying the user.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of the measures set forth in the preceding paragraph.
- If the Company incurs damages due to the actions of a user, the Company may claim compensation for damages from the user.
- If the user causes damage to another user or a third party in relation to the use of this service, the user shall settle the dispute with the third party or compensate for the damage at his/her own expense and responsibility, and shall not cause any inconvenience to the Company. In the unlikely event that the Company settles the dispute at its own expense, the Company may claim from the user the expenses incurred in resolving the dispute (including reasonable attorney's fees).
Article 4 Consent/Disclaimer
- Our official announcements and views are posted on our website and in press releases. Information posted by our company or its executives and employees through this service does not necessarily represent our official announcements or views, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of that information. Furthermore, content posted by users on social media does not reflect our official announcements or views, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such content.
- As stated in the preceding paragraph, the Company does not guarantee the content of information provided to users through this service, regardless of whether the provider is the Company (including the Company's officers and employees) or the user. Therefore, even if a user incurs damages by relying on the content, the Company shall not be liable for such damages.
- We are not liable for any damages incurred by users due to their inability to view or use our official accounts.
- Social media accounts other than our official accounts are not operated by our company, even if they use our company's name or logo, and we do not guarantee their content. Please check the link in these terms and conditions for our official accounts.
- The Company shall not be held responsible for any use of the Service by users or the content posted (comments, photos, videos, audio files, etc.). Users should bear in mind that social media has the characteristic of being accessible to an unspecified number of users and should always endeavor to post information in a sensible manner.
- The Company shall not be held responsible for any trouble or disputes that may arise between users or between users and third parties in relation to this service.
- Any information or content sent by our company or our employees or posted by users in this service shall be used at the users' own discretion and responsibility. Our company shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by users or other third parties arising from the use of such information or content.
- The Company is under no obligation to post or store any content posted by the Company or users on its official accounts, nor is it under any obligation to reply or respond to such content.
- The copyright and other rights to the content posted by users to official accounts are reserved to the users. However, by posting to official accounts, users are deemed to have granted the Company the right to store, record, copy or edit the posted content free of charge, indefinitely, and unconditionally without individual consent from the user, and to freely copy, process, edit, distribute, create derivative works, or use the posted content in any other way, either directly or through a third party, or to improve projects based on the posted content, apply it to other businesses, or use it in any other way as the Company chooses. Users shall not exercise copyright, moral rights, or other rights to the posted content against the Company or third parties under any circumstances.
- The handling of personal information provided by users to our company through the use of this service shall be governed by our privacy policy. Please see the next article for details.
- The operation of this service by our company may be terminated without notice.
- Social media, including our official accounts, are operated by the respective providers and are operated by systems of external companies, not by our company. Therefore, our company bears no responsibility for any interruption or cessation of the provision of the Service caused by external systems, and we cannot answer any questions about the functions, usage methods, technical questions, or other matters related to external systems.
Article 5: Handling of Personal Information
- To the extent permitted by the terms of use stipulated by each social media platform, the Company may access and, if necessary, obtain all basic information that a user has made public on their social media account, such as the user's name, profile, photo, gender, and friend list, and the user hereby agrees to this without any objection in advance.

Article 6: Changes to these Terms
- The Company reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time without obtaining prior consent from the User.
- The revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are displayed on our website, unless otherwise specified by our company. In such case, the contents of the Terms displayed at the time of use shall apply to the use of the Service.
Article 7: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- This agreement is governed by Japanese law.
- In the event of a dispute arising in relation to this service, the Nagoya District Court shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
