Fares for "Hyoito Charter," "Hyoito Charter Pair Discount," "Normal Fare," "Child Fare," "Discount Fare for Persons with Disabilities," and "Youth Discount (for Members)" can be paid by credit card or cash (at convenience stores).

Q Can I reserve a seat on this charter flight?

Due to aviation safety reasons, advance seating is not available for this charter flight.
We will inform you at the airport on the day.
However, due to the nature of sightseeing flights, we will provide you with a window seat even if you are making a reservation for only one person.
Please note that the seat may be designated above the wing.

Q: Can I put myself on the waiting list for cancellations on this charter flight?

Q Can I change the passenger?

Passenger changes are not permitted
In addition, we cannot accept boarding with a different passenger name. If you wish to change the passenger name, please cancel your current reservation and make a new reservation.
Please note that due to limited seating, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to rebook on the same flight.
If you have already purchased an air ticket, a cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your reservation.

Q Can I change my flight?

For "Hyoito Charter", "Hyoito Charter Pair Discount", and "Youth Discount (for members)" fares, flight changes are not permitted after purchase. Please cancel your current reservation and make a new one. Please note that if you have already purchased a ticket, a cancellation fee may be charged when canceling your reservation.
If there are seats available on your desired flight before payment, you can change your flight without incurring cancellation fees.

When boarding, you will need to submit an "application form." In addition to the "application form," children aged 6 to 7 will also need to submit a "consent form." Please print out the "application form" and "consent form" from our website, fill them out, and bring them with you. If you are unable to print them out in advance, please fill them out at the check-in counter on the day of your flight.
