Ranked #1 in Japan for "on-time flight rate" in fiscal year 2023 (for the third time)
In the "Information Disclosure Regarding Air Transport Services" published by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism in June 2024, FDA ranked first among all 16 airlines operating aircraft with 20 or more seats, including a total of 18 designated domestic air carriers (10 companies) and non-designated domestic air carriers (8 companies), with an on-time flight rate of 94.94% in fiscal year 2023.
On-time performance is the percentage of flights that depart within 15 minutes of the scheduled departure time for each airline, and is used as an important indicator of the level of air transport services of each airline. In the above data, our company ranked first for the first time in five years (third time), following on from fiscal 2017 and 2018.

*A designated domestic air carrier is a business that operates an air transport business using aircraft with more than 100 passenger seats or a maximum takeoff weight of more than 50,000 kg. FDA does not qualify as a designated domestic air carrier because none of its aircraft meet the above criteria.
