In-flight requests
To ensure flight safety, we ask for your cooperation in the following matters:
Please check the following beforehand

- Smoking is prohibited throughout the aircraft, including aisles and restrooms.
- Please keep your seat belt fastened at all times during the flight in case of sudden turbulence.
- There are restrictions on the use of electronic devices on board
Requests regarding electronic devices - Please place carry-on baggage in the overhead compartment or under the seat in front of you. If you store your baggage in the overhead compartment, make sure it does not slide out when the compartment is opened. Please note that carry-on baggage cannot be placed on the front row seats.
- Prohibition of acts that impede safety
Requests to passengers seated near emergency exits
In the event of an emergency, passengers seated near an emergency exit may be asked to assist in an emergency evacuation under the instructions of cabin attendants.
Assistance provided during emergency evacuation
In the event of an emergency evacuation, we may ask you to provide the following assistance:
- Restraining other passengers until the crew has fully opened the emergency exits
- Assisting other passengers descending the escape slide
- Tell people to quickly get away from the aircraft and evacuate, for example by saying "run far away."
- Any other specific instructions given by the crew as necessary.
* After boarding, please read the "Safety Guide" provided on board the aircraft as soon as possible.
Requests regarding electronic devices
In accordance with aviation law, we ask for your cooperation in restricting the use of electronic devices on board, including while on the ground.
1. Prohibited from use from when all doors are closed at departure until the end of the taxiing run after landing (※)
* During this period, you will be prohibited from using the following electronic devices that emit radio waves when in operation (excluding those with an output of 100mW or less). Cabin attendants will make announcements on board when restrictions on the use of electronic devices will be lifted.
Please note that even after the usage restrictions are lifted, please refrain from making calls as this will cause inconvenience to other customers.

Notice/Information
The use of electronic devices on board aircraft as specified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is prohibited by law. Please note that violations may be subject to fines of up to 500,000 yen. For more information, please visit the Scheduled Airlines Association website.
*Please be sure to listen to the emergency equipment demonstration and safety instructions given by the crew.
*If you are putting any electronic devices in your checked baggage, please turn them off beforehand.
*If there are other passengers using medical devices such as pacemakers nearby, we may ask you to refrain from using electronic devices.
*Depending on the flight situation, the captain may decide to restrict the use of electronic devices.
*Please be considerate of other passengers when using electronic devices on board.
* Please store any electronic devices that may hinder an emergency evacuation under the seat in front of you or in the overhead compartment.
For customers with children's mobile phones
Some mobile phones for children may periodically turn on and emit radio waves even when the device is turned off if the "Power OFF Notification Setting" is set. For safety reasons, we restrict the use of electronic devices on board.
Notice/Information
Mobile phones that emit radio waves are prohibited from use on board the aircraft from when all doors are closed at departure until the aircraft has finished taxiing after landing. Please be sure to turn your mobile phone "completely off" before boarding or set the "Power Off Notification Setting" to "OFF" before boarding.
In-flight assistance
- Please feel free to ask our cabin attendants for assistance in stowing your baggage.
- We will give priority to pregnant customers when lending blankets.
- There are toilets at the front and back of the aircraft. Please use the diaper changing stations in the toilets.
- We have picture books for children
