Advance seat reservation service

In response to customer requests such as "I want to be sure to secure a group of seats in advance" and "I want to disembark early at the front," we will be accepting seat reservations for a fee for some seats at the front if you make a reservation by the day before.
When you make a reservation, you can speak directly to an operator to select your seat, ensuring your seat is guaranteed.

QI would like to use a wheelchair. Do I need to pay?

Passengers with special needs will be given priority seating, but if you wish to reserve a seat in advance in a paid zone, you will need to pay a fee.

Q Why are the first and second rows excluded from the paid zone?

This does not apply to ensure that seats are reserved for passengers who require special consideration when boarding.

Q: If rows 1 and 2 are available on the day, can I change seats from the paid zone?

Changes can only be made if the desired seat is available at the departure airport. Please check at the airport counter on the day of departure.

Q: If there are seats further forward available in the paid zone on the day, can I change to them?

We do not accept waiting lists for paid zones.

QIf I cancel a reservation (flight) that specifies a paid zone, will I be charged a cancellation fee for both the fare and the seat?

There is no cancellation fee for canceling within the paid zone, so only the fare will be charged as a cancellation fee.

QIf I change a reservation (flight) that specifies a paid zone, will I be charged a cancellation fee for the seat?

No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations in paid zones

QIf the flight I was scheduled to board for which I have designated a paid zone is cancelled and I am transferred to another flight, will I be refunded for the seat?

If you do not request a seat in the paid zone on the rebooked flight, we will guide you to a seat that is available on the day, but depending on the availability of seats, you may not be able to select a seat in the front. If you are rebooked to a flight on the following day or later and would like to select a seat in the paid zone, you can do so up to the day before the flight for a fee.

QCan I get a receipt for the advance seat reservation fee online?

If you pay by credit card, you can use the receipt display service on our website.
Please enter the necessary information on and proceed to the reservation details screen. Please print it by clicking the "Display receipt" button.

* Although this is no different from a traditional receipt in that it certifies the receipt contents, as it is an electronic document, please check in advance whether the printed document can be used for expense settlement, etc.

QThe advance seat reservation fee is not displayed on the itinerary. Can I still reserve a seat?

Advance seat reservation fees are paid at check-in and will not be displayed on your itinerary.
If your desired seat is displayed on the seating list, you can rest assured that it has been reserved.
