When cancelling a credit card payment

1. Cancel from reservation details
Click "Cancel Flight" on the reservation details screen.

2. Select the flight you wish to cancel in the Flight Cancellation Selection
If you wish to cancel all flights, check "Select all flights/Deselect all flights." If you wish to cancel some flights, check only the flights you wish to cancel. Check the flights you wish to cancel and click "Proceed to confirm reservation cancellation."

3. Check with the guide
Check the notes in the guide and click "Confirm reservation cancellation details"

4. Confirm your reservation cancellation
In the reservation cancellation confirmation, check that the "Reservation information before change" and "Reservation information after change" are correct, and click "Confirm reservation cancellation."

5. Reservation cancellation completed
Your reservation has been cancelled and your credit card has been refunded.
*If the refund has not been completed to your credit card, you will be able to receive the refund at the airport counter or by bank transfer.
When handling airport refunds with cash payment

1. Cancel from reservation details
Click "Cancel Flight" on the reservation details screen.

2. Select the flight you wish to cancel in the Flight Cancellation Selection
If you wish to cancel all flights, check "Select all flights/Deselect all flights." If you wish to cancel some flights, check only the flights you wish to cancel. Check the flights you wish to cancel and click "Proceed to confirm reservation cancellation."

3. Check with the guide
Check the notes in the guide and click "Confirm reservation cancellation details"

4. Select the refund method from the Refund Method Selection menu.
When selecting the refund method, select "Refund at airport counter" and click "Next"

5. Select the airport you want to fly to.
Check the box next to the airport where you would like a refund and click "Next."

6. Confirmation of reservation cancellation
Check that the "Reservation information before change" and "Reservation information after change" are correct, then click "Confirm reservation cancellation."

7. Reservation cancellation completed
Your reservation has been cancelled. Refund procedures have been completed at the designated airport. Please collect your refund at the designated airport counter within the refund period.
When paying in cash and transferring the refund to a third party account

1. Cancel from reservation details
Click "Cancel Flight" on the reservation details screen.

2. Select the flight you wish to cancel in the Flight Cancellation Selection
If you wish to cancel all flights, check "Select all flights/Deselect all flights." If you wish to cancel some flights, check only the flights you wish to cancel. Check the flights you wish to cancel and click "Proceed to confirm reservation cancellation."

Check the notes in the guide and click "Confirm reservation cancellation details"

4. Select the refund method from the Refund Method Selection menu.
When selecting the refund method, select "Refund by bank transfer (to a bank account other than the passenger's name)" and click "Next"

5. Enter the document delivery address information
Enter the postal code, address, and name of the person to whom the documents required for the refund procedure should be sent, and click "Next."

6. Confirm document delivery information
Check the document delivery address you entered, and if there are no errors, click "Next"

7. Confirmation of reservation cancellation
Check that the "Reservation information before change" and "Reservation information after change" are correct, then click "Confirm reservation cancellation."

8. Reservation cancellation completed
Your reservation has been cancelled and the paperwork has been sent. Once you receive the paperwork, please fill it out and return it to us as soon as possible.
When paying in cash and the refund is made to the passenger's own account

1. Cancel from reservation details
Click "Cancel Flight" on the reservation details screen.

2. Select the flight you wish to cancel in the Flight Cancellation Selection
If you wish to cancel all flights, check "Select all flights/Deselect all flights." If you wish to cancel some flights, check only the flights you wish to cancel. Check the flights you wish to cancel and click "Proceed to confirm reservation cancellation."

Check the notes in the guide and click "Confirm reservation cancellation details"

4. Select the refund method from the Refund Method Selection menu.
When selecting the refund method, select "Refund by bank transfer (passenger's name)" and click "Next"

5. Enter your account information
Enter the account information for the refund (financial institution, account number, account name, etc.) and click "Next"

6. Confirm your account information
Check the account information you entered, and if there are no errors, click "Next".

7. Confirmation of reservation cancellation
Check that the "Reservation information before change" and "Reservation information after change" are correct, then click "Confirm reservation cancellation."

8. Reservation cancellation completed
The reservation cancellation and transfer procedure to the designated account are completed.
