We will guide you through the check-in process at the airport.
What you need to check in
On the day of your flight, you can check in at the airport counter or via a self-service check-in machine.
Please remember to bring one of the following items with you to complete the procedure:

- As of Nov. 1, 2018, we are no longer accepting credit card payments for boarding procedures.
- Reservation number (6 alphanumeric characters)
- Itinerary (QR code)
Notices and Information- If you are required to present official documentation at the time of boarding to verify your age or date of birth, please prepare the official documentation as well.

Check-in counter opening hours

- Check-in counter opening times vary by airport.
If your ticket payment is due on the day of departure, please complete your payment at least 20 minutes before departure.

Up to 15 minutes before departure
Check-in (Boarding procedure)
On the day of your flight, please complete the check-in procedure at the self-service check-in machine or airport counter at least 15 minutes before departure. To check-in at the self-service check-in machine, you can either enter your reservation number or scan the 2D barcode.

- As of September 12, 2018, self-service check-in machines will no longer be able to accept credit cards for check-in.

- Once the procedure is complete, your boarding pass will be issued.

Checking in baggage
Please bring your boarding pass and complete the procedures at the baggage check-in counter.

- At some airports, the check-in counter and baggage claim counter may be the same.

To the security checkpoint
At the security checkpoint, carry-on baggage and body checks are carried out. It may be crowded depending on the airport and time of day, so please allow yourself plenty of time to proceed through the security checkpoint.
Regarding security inspectionCarrying weapons and dangerous items onto an aircraft is prohibited by the Aviation Act. In addition, from March 10, 2022, security checks before boarding an aircraft will be mandatory under the Aviation Act.
If you proceed beyond the security checkpoint without undergoing security screening, you may be subject to imprisonment of up to one year or a fine of up to 500,000 yen. Please follow the instructions of security inspectors and other relevant staff and undergo screening. For details, Here
