Changing your reservation

Can I change my reservation (flight) after payment?

『大人普通運賃』『小児運賃』『障がい者割引運賃』はお支払い後でも、空席があればご搭乗便の変更は可能です。なお、変更期限はご搭乗便の出発時刻までとなります。出発予定時刻を過ぎますと予約の変更はできません。出発後の取消手数料をいただき、取り消しとなりますのでご注意ください

"Normal Fare" and "Child Fare" will be applied. Reservations cannot be changed after the scheduled departure time. Please note that cancellation fees will be charged after departure and cancellations will be processed.

In addition, you can change your reservation for the Value Fare fare if there are seats available. However, the following conditions apply:

  • The deadline for changing your reservation is the day before your departure date. You can change your reservation as many times as you like.
  • If you wish to move your departure date forward, the change deadline is the day before the desired change date.

We cannot accept changes to discount fares other than those mentioned above after payment has been made.

I purchased a "Value Fare" fare, but how can I change my reservation?

You can change your reservation on our website
Please enter the required information on the reservation inquiry screen and proceed to the reservation details screen. You can change your flight by clicking the "Change Flight" button.

  • The deadline for changing your reservation is the day before your departure date. You can change your reservation as many times as you like.
  • If you wish to move your departure date forward, the change deadline is the day before the desired change date.
However, once payment has been made, you cannot change the route.

Can I change the passenger name?

The passenger name cannot be changed. We also cannot accept boarding with a different passenger name.
If you wish to change the passenger's name, please cancel your current reservation and make a new reservation at an available fare.

Please note that if you have already purchased an air ticket, a cancellation fee may be charged if you cancel your reservation.

Can I change my boarding segment?

Example 1: Changing a reservation from Nagoya (Komaki) → Hanamaki to Nagoya (Komaki) → Aomori
Example 2: Change a reservation from Shizuoka to Fukuoka to Fukuoka to Shizuoka

Once purchased, ticket sector changes are not possible (including changes to the opposite sector).
If you wish to change the sector, please cancel (refund) your flight first, then book and purchase a ticket for the original sector.
Please note that if you have already purchased your ticket, a cancellation fee may be charged if you cancel your reservation.
However, for fares that allow reservation changes, multi-airport travel is possible between designated airports on the following eligible routes.

Can I change my seat reservation from the website?

If there are seats available for advance reservation, you can change your seat on the website.
Please enter the necessary information on the reservation inquiry screen and proceed to the reservation details screen. You can select your seat by clicking the "Seat Selection" button.

Can I change my trip if bad weather is expected?

If the website announces that your scheduled flight is expected to be affected by a typhoon, heavy snow, etc., or if your scheduled flight is canceled, significantly delayed, or operated under certain conditions due to bad weather (force majeure), we will allow you to change your reserved flight without a fee.
