Change/Cancel Method

  • 変更/取消は、FDAホームページ、FDAコールセンター、空港カウンターにて承ります。なお、変更は予約便の出発時刻までに行ってください
  • Changes/cancellations can be made on the FDA website or at the airport counter. Changes must be made before the departure time of the booked flight.
  • You will need your reservation number to complete the procedure.

Notice/Information
  • Depending on the fare, reservations cannot be changed. Please check here for details.
  • The passenger name on the reservation cannot be changed.
    Airline tickets and fare vouchers may only be used by the person named on them.
  • Reserved tickets and fare tickets are valid only for the reserved flight.
  • For tickets where reservations can be changed, the new reservation will be the valid reservation.

How to change/add/cancel/refund using your smartphone

Click the "Reservation confirmation/change/cancellation/payment" button on the top page, enter your reservation information on the reservation inquiry screen, and then complete the necessary procedures.

How to change your flight

1) On the reservation details screen, select the flight you wish to change using the radio button.
2) Click the "Change Flight" button.
3) Select your desired boarding date, departure point, and arrival point and complete the procedure.

Reservation changes after payment are only possible if you select a fare that allows reservation changes and pay by credit card.
Please note that the fare amount may change depending on the changed boarding date (period A to C).

How to add/cancel a flight

Adding a flight *Can only be added before payment

1) Click the "Add Flight" button on the reservation details screen.
2) On the seat availability inquiry screen, select your desired boarding date, departure city, and arrival city and proceed with the procedure.

If you cancel your flight

1) On the reservation details screen, select the radio button for the flight you wish to cancel and press the "Cancel flight" button.
2) After making the changes, confirm the reservation information and press the "Confirm" button.

How to add/remove passengers

Adding passengers *Can only be added before payment

1) Click the "Add passenger" button on the reservation details screen.
2) On the Add Passengers screen, select the number of passengers and complete the procedure.

If you cancel a passenger

1) Click the "Cancel Passenger" button on the reservation details screen.
2) On the passenger cancellation selection screen, check the passenger you wish to cancel and click the "Next" button.

How to cancel a reservation

If you want to cancel your reservation

1) Click the "Cancel all" button on the reservation details screen.
2) On the reservation cancellation confirmation screen, confirm the reservation details after making changes and complete the procedure.

Please note that depending on the fare, cancellations after payment may incur a set fee.

Special changes/refunds

If a customer is unable to travel due to illness or other reasons, we will provide the following special arrangements:

  • We accept reservation changes up to 30 days after the day after the scheduled boarding date.
  • No change/refund fees will be applied
If you wish to make changes or request a refund due to illness or other reasons, you will need to submit a doctor's certificate (stating that you will not be able to board the booked flight).
We will not be able to accept any refunds after the refund procedure has been completed.
For Individual Inclusive Travel Discount Fares (IIT) and group tickets, the travel agency's travel conditions apply. Please contact the travel agency where you made the purchase to inquire about changes/refunds.

Involuntary changes/refunds

If your flight is cancelled or significantly delayed due to bad weather or other reasons, we will assist you in rescheduling your reservation or providing a refund.

Changes due to bad weather etc.

If your scheduled flight falls under any of the following circumstances due to bad weather (force majeure) such as a typhoon or snowfall, we will allow you to change your reserved flight without a fee.

  • If a flight cancellation/major delay is confirmed
  • When the FDA announces on its website that it expects impacts from typhoons, heavy snow, etc.

Reservation change period

  • Please complete the change procedure within 5 days of the original scheduled departure date.
  • You may change to another flight on the same route/direction within 30 days of the day after your original departure date if there are seats available.

予約の変更に伴い、運賃額に差額が発生する場合

予約変更不可運賃の航空券の場合は、差額の大小が生じても調整はいたしません

Refunds due to bad weather etc.

  • Before the trip begins: Full refund of the fare/charge received
  • After travel has commenced: Full fare/fees for unused segments will be refunded

  • Changes to flights on other airlines are not possible.
