| Purchase must be made within 3 days of the reservation date. *This policy does not apply to bookings made less than 2 days before the flight date, in which case tickets must be purchased at least 20 minutes before the flight. *If multiple flights are booked at the same time, the deadline for the earliest flight applies. |
| Change |
| You can rebook as long as seats are available on your preferred flight. However, the name on the ticket and the departure and arrival airports cannot be changed. *Reservations can only be changed before the flight's scheduled departure (reservations cannot be changed after the scheduled departure) *If the price of the new ticket is higher than the price of the previous ticket, you will have to pay the difference. *If you wish to change your reservation after you have paid for your ticket, online changes to your reservation are only possible if you have paid by credit card. |

| This ticket is only valid for the flight booked. *If your booking is changed, your ticket will be valid for the new flight. |

| Multi-Airport Ticket |
| If you are departing or arriving from an airport designated as part of a multi-airport, you may change your departure/arrival airport to any other airport within that multi-airport. |
| Refund/ Cancellation Fee |
| If you cancel before the departure time, there is no cancellation fee. If you do not cancel before the departure time, a cancellation fee will be applied to each ticket.
