- The expiration date for receipts for flights that have been boarded is within one year from the date of boarding.
*The receipt display service is only available when paying by credit card or at a convenience store.

- A boarding certificate can be issued.
*Boarding certificates can be issued within one year from the date of boarding.
Cancellation/Delay/Diversion Certificate
- We can issue certificates for cancelled/delayed/diverted flights.
*Tickets for flights delayed by 15 minutes or less cannot be issued via the website.
