車椅子は無料でお預かりいたしますので、コールセンターのナビダイヤル「4番」までご連絡をお願いいたします
車椅子のサイズ、重量、バッテリーの種類をお知らせください。バッテリーがドライタイプまたはウェットタイプかによりお取り扱いが異なります
ご搭乗日当日は、便出発時刻の30分前まで(電動車椅子の場合は45分前)に搭乗手続きカウンターへお越しください
お預けいただいた車椅子のお受取は、到着ロビー内の手荷物受取所にて、係員よりお手渡しいたします

Can I rent an FDA wheelchair at the airport? What is the procedure?
Wheelchairs are available at departure and arrival airports. If you require one, please let us know when you make your reservation or check-in. We will ask you the reason for your need.
On the day of your flight, please come to the check-in counter at least 30 minutes before your flight's departure time.

Can I bring my own wheelchair on board?
Customers are not permitted to bring their own wheelchairs on board the aircraft. Please use the on-board wheelchairs.

Are there any airports where you have to go up and down stairs to board a plane?
Depending on the airport, you may need to board using stairs (approximately 15 steps, 2.6m high), but our staff will assist you. Please note that in such cases, the staff may have to physically touch you when assisting you.
