Passenger facility charges will be incurred on both departure and arrival.

The August to October 2025 supply will be available for purchase on the FDA website from 9:00 AM on (Tue), June 24, 2025, and the November to December 2025 supply will be available for purchase from 9:00 AM on (Wed), September 24, 2025.

It will be the "Shizuoka → Shizuoka" line
The set period is (Sat), September 27th,
October 5th (Sun), 13th (Mon), 25th (Sat),
November 9th (Sun), 16th (Sun), 24th (Mon),
December 6th (Sat), 20th (Sat), 28th (Sun), and 29th (Mon)

There are two types of fares: "Hyoito Charter" and "Hyoito Charter Pair Discount."
Unlike regular flights, there are no "Dream Price" or "Dream Flex" options.

"Hyoito Charter"

Applies to customers aged 3 and over

<Reservation deadline>
From the reservation/sales start date to 7 days before the flight date

<Purchase deadline>
If the reservation date is 10 days or more prior to the departure date, the reservation must be made within 3 days including the reservation date. If the reservation date is between 9 days and 7 days prior to the departure date, the reservation must be made by 23:59 on the 7 day prior to the departure date.

"Hyoito Charter Pair Discount"

<Terms of use>
Applies to passengers who are 3 years of age or older (but also applies to infants under 3 who purchase a seat) and make a reservation for two people on the specified sightseeing charter tour.

<Reservation deadline>
From the reservation/sales start date to 7 days before the flight date

<Purchase deadline>
If the reservation date is 10 days or more prior to the departure date, the reservation must be made within 3 days including the reservation date. If the reservation date is between 9 days and 7 days prior to the departure date, the reservation must be made by 23:59 on the 7 day prior to the departure date.

September to October flights:
If you cancel before payment, there will be no cancellation fee.
If payment has already been made, the following cancellation fees will be charged (all per person for one way):
Before departure：5,000 yen
After departure：10,000 yen

Flights from November onwards:
If you cancel before payment, there will be no cancellation fee.
If payment has already been made, the following cancellation fees will be charged (all per person for one way):
From purchase to 45 days before the scheduled flight date：2,000 yen
From 44 days before the scheduled boarding date to before departure：5,000 yen
After departure: 100% of the fare amount

However, since the "Hyoito Charter" and "Hyoito Charter Pair Discount" fares are WEB-only fares, reservations cannot be made through the FDA call center.

This charter flight will not be displayed on scheduled flight availability inquiries.

Fares for "Hyoito Charter" and "Hyoito Charter Pair Discount" can be paid by credit card or cash (at convenience stores).

Due to aviation safety reasons, advance seating is not available for this charter flight.
We will inform you at the airport on the day.
However, due to the nature of sightseeing flights, we will provide you with a window seat even if you are making a reservation for only one person.
Please note that the seat may be designated above the wing.

We cannot accept cancellation waiting lists for "Hyoito Charter" and "Hyoito Charter Pair Discount" fares.

Passenger changes are not permitted
In addition, we cannot accept boarding with a different passenger name. If you wish to change the passenger name, please cancel your current reservation and make a new reservation.
Please note that due to limited seating, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to rebook on the same flight.
If you have already purchased an air ticket, a cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your reservation.

For "Hyoito Charter" and "Hyoito Charter Pair Discount" fares, you cannot change your flight after purchase. Please cancel your current reservation and make a new reservation. Please note that if you have already purchased a ticket, a cancellation fee may be charged if you cancel your reservation.
If there are seats available on your desired flight before payment is made, you can change your flight without incurring cancellation fees.

On this charter flight, we cannot accept musical instruments that occupy seats or large baggage on board.

We do not accept checked baggage on scenic flights.
Please leave your luggage in a coin locker at Shizuoka Airport before boarding the plane.
Please note that we will store your wheelchair at the counter, so please contact the call center in advance.

At Shizuoka Airport, you can check in at the self-service check-in machines or at the airport counter.

You can transfer to a scheduled flight, but you cannot use the same reservation number. Please make separate reservations for charter flights and scheduled flights.
