Passenger facility charges will be incurred on both departure and arrival.

Sales will begin on the FDA website at 9:00 AM on (Fri), September 26, 2025.

The lines are "Matsumoto = Naha" and "Naha = Matsumoto."
The set period is December 10th (Wed), 11th (Thu), 13th (Sat), 16th (Tue), 19th (Fri), 22nd (Mon), and 25th (Thu) 2025.

This is one type of fare called "Hyoito Charter"
Unlike regular flights, there are no "Dream Price" or "Dream Flex" options.

<Reservation deadline>
From the reservation/sales start date to 7 days before the flight date

<Purchase deadline>
If the reservation date is 10 days or more prior to the departure date, the reservation must be made within 3 days including the reservation date. If the reservation date is between 9 days and 7 days prior to the departure date, the reservation must be made by 23:59 on the 7 day prior to the departure date.

The following cancellation fees will be charged (per person for one-way trip):
From purchase to 45 days before the scheduled flight date: 2,000 yen
44 days before the scheduled departure date to before departure: 5,000 yen
After departure: 100% of the fare

The fare for "Hyoito Charter" can be paid by credit card or cash (at convenience stores).

Due to safety reasons, advance seating is not available for this charter flight.
We will inform you at the airport on the day.

We cannot accept cancellations for "Hyoito Charter" fares.

Passenger changes are not permitted
In addition, we cannot accept boarding with a different passenger name. If you wish to change the passenger name, please cancel your current reservation and make a new reservation.
Please note that due to limited seating, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to rebook on the same flight.
If you have already purchased an air ticket, a cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your reservation.

Wheelchairs can be checked in at the counter, so please contact the FDA Call Center at Navi Dial 4 after making your reservation.
We will check the size and weight of your wheelchair. If it is an electric wheelchair, please also let us know the type of battery. Handling will differ depending on whether the battery is a dry or wet type.

On this charter flight, we cannot accept musical instruments that occupy seats or large baggage on board.

Each person must be within 50cm x 60cm x 120cm (including the length of casters, handles, pockets, etc.)
On this charter flight, we cannot accept more than 20kg of baggage per person.

Skis, golf bags, fishing equipment, archery equipment, surfboards, etc. can only be checked in if they can be loaded into the aircraft's cargo hold. The maximum length that can be loaded is 250cm.

Matsumoto Airport: Check-in can be done at the self-service check-in machine or at the airport counter.

Naha Airport: A special FDA counter will be set up within the airport. Check-in procedures will be accepted from 60 to 30 minutes before departure (check-in procedures cannot be accepted at other airlines' counters).

You can transfer to a scheduled flight, but you cannot use the same reservation number. Please make separate reservations for charter flights and scheduled flights.
You will also need to check in again at the connecting airport.

For this charter flight, cancellations can only be made online.
