Due to the renewal of FDA Membership, we were accepting membership information transfer procedures until February 28, 2023.
For customers (member IDs) who did not complete the transfer procedure during the transfer period, we regret to inform you that we will have to cancel their membership.
We ask that existing customers register.

Credit Card Terms and Conditions

For online credit card payments, we use SSL encryption technology to ensure safety as much as possible.
2.
For credit card payments, VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Diners, and American Express are accepted.
3.
Available up until the day of boarding

When paying by credit card, authentication is performed using a security code. Therefore, it is mandatory to enter the security code when making a payment.
5.
The payment deadline, validity period, changeability, and cancellation/refund fees for each fare depend on the applicable conditions of each fare.
6.
If you pay by credit card, the purchase will be made on the same day, and the airfare will be debited from your credit card's designated payment account on the specified due date.

If you cancel after paying by credit card, a cancellation fee will be charged.

Please be careful not to enter any incorrect information when making payment by credit card. If any incorrect information is entered, we may cancel your reservation and request compensation for any damages incurred.

Other procedures will be governed by the Domestic Passenger Transportation Conditions.

Credit card payments are available 24 hours a day.

Please request a refund within the refund period.
